Refund Policy

Reminder HQ Paid is billed at $9.99/month. You can cancel anytime from Billing in your dashboard (customer portal). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise noted in the portal.

Refunds are handled case by case. If something went wrong with billing or you were charged in error, email support@freerangeapps.com with the email on your account and we will help.
